USER REGISTRATION
In accordance with the above, PARTNER IN SCENE SL reserves some of the Services offered through the Web to Registered Users.

The Access Key may only be used by Users to whom it has been assigned. PARTNER IN SCENE SL is exonerated from any liability that may accrue for damages caused or suffered by fraudulent use or lack of diligence in the care and custody of the Access Key, loss or use contrary to the provisions of these Terms.
User deregistration

SERVICES
The client of the services (hereinafter "user") can use the website to schedule and participate in rehearsals with external service providers (hereinafter "parteners" or "coaches"). The website provides software, profiles and video technology to allow users to connect with "parteners" or "coaches" via live video and chat in order to record auditions, rehearse and perfect their craft.
Any connection between clients, "parteners" and/or "coaches" (hereinafter, the parties) shall be considered part of the services.
While, in some cases, PARTNER IN SCENE SL may attempt to verify certain information provided by "partener" and/or "coaches", PARTNER IN SCENE SL is under no obligation to do so and does not guarantee the accuracy of such verification. It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify the identity, qualifications and status of a "partener" or "coach" prior to a connection.
Services may be accessed through cell phones, tablets or other wireless devices. You are solely responsible for verifying with your wireless carrier, whether mobile services are available for your mobile device(s) and what restrictions or additional costs, if any, may apply to your use of the services.
PARTNER IN SCENE SL will keep the prices of the services updated.
PARTNER IN SCENE SL disclaims any opinions or comments made and disseminated by the parties through the website, nor will it be liable for the use they make of such information.
Not all ratings and comments will be positive and therefore you agree not to make any claims based on the ratings or comments you receive. They further agree not to give defamatory or fabricated ratings or comments and that all ratings and comments provided by them will be given in good faith based on their good faith review of their experience.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The user, according to article 102 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of contracting.

At partener collective we are sensitized and aware of any type of abuse that may take place in the work sessions with professionals and this will be grounds for expulsion and, if necessary, reporting to the competent authorities.
