The conditions of use are complemented by the Legal Notice and the Privacy PolicyThe User must accept the terms of use of the Website prior to making the payment and, once accepted, they will be understood to be included in the terms of use for the appropriate legal purposes.

By purchasing on the Web, you automatically accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

The Web does not require prior subscription for simple browsing, access or use of the service in question. On the contrary, for access to certain content and services, prior subscription and registration as a User will be required.

USER REGISTRATION

In accordance with the above, PARTNER IN SCENE SL reserves some of the Services offered through the Web to Registered Users.

To contract the online services of PARTNER IN SCENE SL you must register with it. To register you must go to "Register" in the "My account" section. If you are already registered and you have forgotten your password you must go to the section "My account", click on the option "My account".Did you forget the password?" and insert your e-mail address and "Reset password", and you will immediately receive an e-mail to reset your password. 

The User agrees to select, use and retain his or her user name or "username".login"and your password or "password"(hereinafter collectively the "Access Keys") in accordance with the following clauses.

Assignment of Access Keys

The User will have the option to choose and indicate his or her own password access. The User may not choose a User Name other than a valid e-mail address, through which it will communicate with PARTNER IN SCENE SL.

Use and Custody

The User agrees to make a lawful and diligent use of the Access Key, as well as not to make the Access Key available to third parties.

The User agrees to reliably communicate to PARTNER IN SCENE SL as soon as possible, the loss or theft of the Passwords, as well as any risk of access to them by a third party. 

The Access Key may only be used by Users to whom it has been assigned. PARTNER IN SCENE SL is exonerated from any liability that may accrue for damages caused or suffered by fraudulent use or lack of diligence in the care and custody of the Access Key, loss or use contrary to the provisions of these Terms.

User deregistration 

At any time you can request to unsubscribe as a Registered User by sending an email to info@partnerinscene.com explicitly stating the details of the user to be terminated.

SERVICES 

The client of the services (hereinafter "user") can use the website to schedule and participate in rehearsals with external service providers (hereinafter "parteners" or "coaches"). The website provides software, profiles and video technology to allow users to connect with "parteners" or "coaches" via live video and chat in order to record auditions, rehearse and perfect their craft. 

Any connection between clients, "parteners" and/or "coaches" (hereinafter, the parties) shall be considered part of the services.

While, in some cases, PARTNER IN SCENE SL may attempt to verify certain information provided by "partener" and/or "coaches", PARTNER IN SCENE SL is under no obligation to do so and does not guarantee the accuracy of such verification. It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify the identity, qualifications and status of a "partener" or "coach" prior to a connection.

Services may be accessed through cell phones, tablets or other wireless devices. You are solely responsible for verifying with your wireless carrier, whether mobile services are available for your mobile device(s) and what restrictions or additional costs, if any, may apply to your use of the services.

PARTNER IN SCENE SL will keep the prices of the services updated.

PARTNER IN SCENE SL disclaims any opinions or comments made and disseminated by the parties through the website, nor will it be liable for the use they make of such information. 

Not all ratings and comments will be positive and therefore you agree not to make any claims based on the ratings or comments you receive. They further agree not to give defamatory or fabricated ratings or comments and that all ratings and comments provided by them will be given in good faith based on their good faith review of their experience.

VALIDATION OF THE PROCUREMENT

Validation of the service by the user expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these terms of use as part of the conclusion of the contract. 

The service can be contracted at any time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year..

To carry out the contracting process, you must select the desired service. PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE

The prices of the services shown on our website are indicated in Euros and include applicable taxes and their corresponding breakdown, unless otherwise indicated. 

All services are performed with its corresponding invoice, which must be provided by PARTNER IN SCENE SL to the user.

The invoice will be issued, with the data that have been provided for it, once the payment of the order is confirmed and the order is received and managed. 

You will be able to obtain the invoice in the following ways:

The prices shown may be reviewed and modified at any time by PARTNER IN SCENE SL, not affecting in any case services already purchased by the user.

In addition, while we reserve the right to review, remove or edit any content of the services, we do not routinely screen, monitor or review the content of the services, including the representation made by the parties (user, partener and coach) of the services. YOU AGREE THAT PARTNER IN SCENE SL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH INFORMATION AND YOUR RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

The user, according to article 102 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of contracting. 

How to exercise the right of withdrawal: 

To exercise the right of withdrawal with respect to services purchased exclusively on the Web, you must express your unequivocal decision to withdraw from the contract, within the period(s) indicated above, in one of the following ways:

  2. Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, you may also choose to exercise your right of withdrawal by completing and sending electronically to the following email address info@partnerinscene.com the cancellation form that can be downloaded CLICK HEREIn such a case, we will promptly notify you by e-mail of the receipt of such withdrawal. 

The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been exercised within the legally established term when you have sent us the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the end of said term, in the terms indicated above. 

Consequences of withdrawal: 

In the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than within the aforementioned period (14 calendar days) from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment in which the purchase was paid for without incurring any costs as a result of the reimbursement.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

According to the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users the right of withdrawal. shall not apply to contracts that refer to:  

  • The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when the performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment by him that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
  • The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
  • The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.

All communications and notifications between users and PARTNER IN SCENE SL will be considered effective for all purposes when made through any of the means detailed above.

FINAL CONSIDERATIONS:

All material generated in these sessions is for internal use only and may never be disseminated in a way that exploits the image and/or audio of Collective professionals.

In case of use of the professionals' image material during the session, partener collective is not responsible and encourages a prior agreement in such a case.

At partener collective we are sensitized and aware of any type of abuse that may take place in the work sessions with professionals and this will be grounds for expulsion and, if necessary, reporting to the competent authorities.
