Miguel Borges (1966) is one of the most acclaimed Portuguese actors. He has participated in more than 150 theatrical and cinematographic works, starring in many of them and being recognized with numerous awards.
She completed the acting training course at the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema de Lisboa. He started with the Netos do Metropolitano and the Marionetas de Lisboa. Later, he worked with Teatro da Cornucópia (under the direction of Miguel Guilherme, Stephan Stroux and Luís Miguel Cintra), with João Fiadeiro he played Branco Sujo, he worked frequently in the Olho project (João Garcia Miguel), with the Depois da Uma - Teatro? he did Equimoses - Nódoas na Cidade, by Rui Guilherme Lopes and Pedro Carraca, is a founding partner of Tá Safo. He worked in Sensurround (directed by Lúcia Sigalho) and Artistas Unidos (with Jorge Silva Melo, Joana Bárcia, Américo Silva, Cláudio da Silva, João Fiadeiro and António Simão).
He has performed pieces by Bertolt Brecht, Harold Pinter, Antonio Onetti, Samuel Beckett, William Shakespeare, Georg Büchner, Federico Garcia Lorca, Calderón de La Barca, Jean Genet, Goethe, Sarah Kane, Jon Fosse, José Maria Vieira Mendes or Miguel Castro Caldas.
