Antón Coucheiro is an actor, director, scriptwriter and producer, but, above all, an improviser and clown.

He trained in acting at Espacio Aberto, Santiago de Compostela, in non-verbal theater at HAMU in Prague, and in circus at Fundiçâo Progresso in Rio de Janeiro. He also holds a Master's Degree in Scriptwriting from URJC in Madrid, a Diploma in Theatrical Improvisation from Universidad del Bosque in Bogotá, and a Master's Degree in Theater Direction from ESMAE in Oporto. In addition, he trained in clown and impro with the best international teachers.

He has worked in theater with companies such as A Factoría, Chévere, Matarile, the CDG, the CDN or Pista Catro, of which he was founder. In audiovisual, he has worked in series (Matalobos, Serramoura, Padre Casares, Aqui No Hay Quien Viva, Fariña, Vivir Sin Permiso, Rapa, etc) and television programs (Luar, Mundo Verbena, Os Aspirantes, etc). He has also made his own short films (Katiuska, Carreiras Secretas).

He has produced and directed his own solo shows (Cigâní, Psicópata, Múltiple, Smart, Sonámbulo, OldPlay, Home), and also for other companies (Outono, Mezzo, etc). In his productions, a theme on which he researches and on which he has written several articles and a thesis, is the participation of the audience.

He has been director of street theater festivals (DGorra) and impro (Imperdible, ImproMaxín), founder of the micro theater house A Regadeira de

Adela, and from the Circo Nove and Espontánea schools. He has given clown and impro classes in countries such as Portugal, Brazil, Czech Republic, Costa Rica, Cuba, Peru, Colombia, India, Mozambique, etc.
